Install Pharo on Ubuntu

sudo apt install git
sudo apt install curl
sudo apt install net-tools


Google Chrome

wget https://dl.google.com/linux/direct/google-chrome-stable_current_amd64.deb
sudo dpkg -i google-chrome-stable_current_amd64.deb


Zsh

sudo apt install zsh
sh -c "$(wget https://raw.githubusercontent.com/robbyrussell/oh-my-zsh/master/tools/install.sh -O -)"
sudo apt-get install fonts-powerlin
gedit ~/.zshrc &

change the line 11 from
ZSH_THEME="robbyrussell"

to
ZSH_THEME="agnoster"

and save and restart zsh

If you want to make zsh your default shell then run
chsh -s $(which zsh)

and log out and log in again. Now start a fresh terminal

sudo dpkg --add-architecture i386 
sudo apt-get update 
sudo apt-get install libx11-6:i386 
sudo apt-get install libgl1-mesa-glx:i386 
sudo apt-get install libfontconfig1:i386 
sudo apt-get install libssl1.0.0:i386 


Additional

You may additionally need the cairo2 library for Athens to work:

sudo apt-get install libcairo2-dev:i386


Get Pharo

wget -O- https://get.pharo.org/70+vm | bash
